I love writing Halloween-themed stories, so I'm definitely taking part this month (unless something goes horribly wrong). I have been meaning to take part for months, but my new role at work has totally taken over! I will start taking part more regularly, I promise!
Denise, how about if we post a little early on that week, as people are looking for ghost stories before Halloween, rather than after and Friday will be busy for a lot of people especially those with kids. I'm thinking about the 29th of October. . .you could make it 29-31st. Just a suggestion.
Great, I'll try for earlier in the week (maybe like Yolanda on the 27th, but for sure by the 29th. I see Roland has his story posted already and it's a creepy one. . .looking forward to seeing all the variations on the theme.
This time I'm early! I've got it pre-scheduled for the 27th, but I'll wait and add the link later. This ghost story is a bit unusual, but you just never know where a prompt will take you.Happy Halloween!
Roland's picture came straight up after the first new Dr Who - which I happened to see .. and was just staggered at the combo ... and then Turner and his new film, or old amazing paintings ... cheers Hilary
Once again, I am tempting Fate by linking up before I have even written anything. I will comment again when my link is alive. Aiming for the 29th or maybe even earlier. Feather Stone is posting on the 26th! And Roland's is already up.
Sorry Denise. Everything is alright. I am just very late because of the children. I thought their needs were more important than mine this time. The link is alive now. Anna xxooxx
Posted earlier than the 29th as hubs has been moved to a different location (high-intensity rehab) which means a time crunch for me (not to mention I keep getting lost, but I manage to eventually find my way. . .) Happy Halloween in advance! (or is that bad luck?)
2nd November 2014, (03.21) Dear Denise, Sorry I am sooooooooooooo late. My link is now alive and will take you to my Halloween post. Best wishes, Anna zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Sorry it's taking me so long to get to everyone. I took the grandkids out on Halloween and anytime I do extra things I get so tired the next day is lost sleeping. Part of my recovery process. Nancy

Sounds like fun. I'll probably write a really stupid Zombie story as I'm watching season one of Walking Dead on Netflix this month. Love that show.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds just right for the theme, Stephen. Glad to have you on board again.
