Write...Edit...Publish - June Challenge - BRIDGES

Welcome to the Write…Edit…Publish June 2017 Challenge

BRIDGES
This is one prompt that can take you anywhere – just follow your imagination – maybe you’ll even come to a very unique bridge during your journey. Is it guarded by trolls, or tolls? Does it provide a journey to another dimension or complete understanding / truth!

Water under the bridge? Or maybe a setting, or an overture after a breach, or just the word inserted somewhere into your writing/images.

Thoughts:

Literally--

Novels: The Narrow Road to the Deep North by Richard Flanagan, the Bridges of Madison County by Robert James Waller...

Explorers building a bridge to an unexplored site…

Engineers building a bridge that collapses...

Metaphorically--

Water under the bridge--let bygones be bygones

  5. Hmmm...this one has so many possibilities to it. To take it literally, figuratively, or some blending of the two concepts. Should be interesting to write. Can't wait.

  7. The theme Bridges seems bottomless, but I'll continue with my story, the one I started in February.
BTW: a nice note on Brisbane time. I didn't see it before. Very neat.

  11. HELLO LADIES! I have come out of my self imposed hibernation. Thanks to all of my wonderful blogger friends. There was such love given to me on my last IWSG post that it pushed to finally write something new. My first piece in MONTHS... I hope you all enjoy it. I can't wait to read all of yours....

  19. Just a quick not that I hope at least three of you will see. I made a point to visit EVERYONE and leave a comment this entry, but there were three sites that would not accept my URL and therefor my comment. I apologize Olga Godiva, Deborah Drucker, and Toi Thomas. I loved your entries and really tried to comment. It may have been something I did, but I was able to comment everywhere else. It's a well known fact that 'blogger'hates me, but it seems to have spread to 'Wordpress' also.

    1. Hi FAE.

Firstly, thanks for trying to visit everyone. That's great. But it happens sometimes, unfortunately that comments don't take. Sometimes you have to look quite a way down under the post to find a place to comment, sometimes the comments have to be accessed from the top. But sometimes comments just aren't accepted.
      Thanks for letting us know.

      Denise :-)
